Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil. Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system. Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Cylinders equipped with load control valves can remain pressurized, even with hoses removed. Failure to relieve pressure before removing a load control valve or disassembling a cylinder can result in personal injury or death. Ensure all pressure is relieved before removing a load control valve or disassembling a cylinder.

New Pump

A new pump is available in order to replace the current pump. See Table 1.

New Main Hydraulic Suction Hose for the TH340B, TH350B, TH355B, TH360B, TH460B, TH560B, and TH580B Telehandlers

The main hydraulic suction hose has been redesigned in order to remove the formation of air bubbles. The new hose can be used on earlier machines.

5P-5854 Edge Trim

Place 5P-5854 Edge Trim on the rear of the guard for the tank. The guard for the tank is beneath the cab.
