Aftercooler Core - Inspect/Clean

后冷却器位于驾驶室后方,发动机前部。

  1. 停止发动机。

  1. 检修后冷器芯之前先清洁格栅。

  1. 拆下固定格栅 (1) 的销 (2) 并提升格栅。

注: 如果后冷却器系统的部件似乎要损坏了或者需要进行修理,极力建议进行泄漏测试。 请与当地卡特彼勒代理商咨询,了解后冷却器的最新资料。

检查散热片和后冷却器导管是否损坏。 一些散热片和管子会受到穿过后冷却器芯的磨蚀物质的磨损。 弯曲了的散热片可用一把"梳刀"梳开。

检查这些项目是否处于良好状态: 焊接件, 安装支架, 空气管路, 连接处, 卡箍 和 密封. 必要时进行修理。

清洁

对于空对空中冷器,应使用与清洁散热器同样的方法进行清洁。

高压空气会造成人身伤害。

不按下面的适当步骤进行操作会造成人身伤害。 使用压缩空气时,戴防护面罩及穿防护服。

用做清洗用途时,喷嘴处最大空气压力必须低于205 kPa (30 psi) 。



注意

压缩空气或高压水清洗散热片时,要确保气流和水流的方向与散热片平行。 如果压缩空气或高压水的方向不与散热片平行,散热片可能折弯或损坏。


压缩空气是清除松动碎屑的首选方法。 将喷嘴保持在距散热片大约 6 mm (0.25 in) 远的地方。 在与散热器管道平行的方向缓慢移动空气喷嘴。 空气喷嘴应指向风扇气流的相反方向。 这将清除在管道之间的碎屑。

加压水也可用于清洗。 清洗用的最大水压必须低于 275 kPa (40 psi)。 用高压水来使污泥软化。

用去油剂和蒸汽来清除机油和润滑脂。 用去污剂和热水冲洗散热器芯。 用干净水彻底漂洗散热器芯。

清洁后,起动发动机并将发动机加速至高怠速。 这有助于清除碎屑和干燥散热器芯。 停止发动机。 在散热器芯后面放一个灯泡来检查芯是否清洁。 必要时再次清洁。

注: 根据作业环境影响的情况调整清洁工作的频率。 如果碎屑量过大,则可能需要从后冷却器风扇壳体上拆下空调冷凝器或盖板。

关闭格栅并更换止动销。
