Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the solenoid valve (extender slope). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Extender Slope) - Remove".

1. Disconnect hose assemblies (2) .

2. Remove hose assemblies (2) from handhold assembly (1) .

3. Disconnect harness assembly (3) and remove cable strap (4) from handhold assembly (7) .

4. Remove bolts (5) and remove harness assembly (6) .

5. Remove bolts (8) , bolts (9) , the cable straps, and handhold assembly (7) .

6. Remove cotter pins (11) , pins (12) , and side platform (10) .

7. Repeat Step 6 for the other side platform.

8. Remove cotter pins (14) , pins (15) , and main platform (13) .

9. Repeat Step 8 for the other main platform.

Installation Procedure

1. Install main platform (13) , pins (15) , and cotter pins (14) .

2. Repeat Step 1 for the other main platform.

3. Install side platform (10) , pins (12) , and cotter pins (11) .

4. Repeat Step 3 for the other side platform.

5. Install handhold assembly (7) , bolts (8) , and bolts (9) .

6. Install harness assembly (6) and bolts (5) .

7. Connect harness assembly (4) and install cable strap (3) to handhold assembly (7) .

8. Install hose assemblies (2) through handhold assembly (1) .

9. Connect hose assemblies (2) .

End By: Install the solenoid valve (extender slope). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Extender Slope) - Install".
