When reporting the repair, use "PS43335" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing mounting bolts for the radiator base to genset base may be not tightened to the proper torque on certain C32 Generator Sets. If the existing mounting bolts come loose, possible damage can result. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Tighten the mounting bolts to the torque 460 +/- 60 Nm. Refer to Image1. Tighten the nut while holding the bolt stationary. Refer to Image2. Refer to the following procedure: 1. Tighten the middle bolt on the left side of the genset. 2. Tighten the middle bolt on the right side of the genset. 3. Tighten the two remaining bolts on the right side of the genset. 4. Tighten the two remaining bolts on the left side of the genset. 5. Tighten all the bolts again on the left side of the genset. 6. Tighten all the bolts again on the right side of the genset. |
