Installation Procedure

1. Install Tooling (A), Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to piston pump (10), as shown. The weight of piston pump (10) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).

   Note: Install approximately 50 mm (2 inch) of spacers (8) in order to clear the hydraulic tank during the installation.

2. Position piston pump (10) and use Tooling (B) to install bolts (9) .

3. Remove Tooling (A) and (C) .

4. Connect hose assemblies (6) and (7) .

5. Connect hose assembly (2) and fitting (3) .

6. Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) .

7. Install hose assemblies (1) .

End By: Install the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump - Remove and Install".
