Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Separate the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate".

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to sprocket (2) , as shown. Remove bolts (1) and remove sprocket (2). The weight of sprocket (2) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to sprocket (2), as shown. Install sprocket (2). The weight of sprocket (2) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb). Install bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to 900 ± 100 N·m (665 ± 75 lb ft).

End By: Connect the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Connect".
