A New Seat Cushion and A New Location for The Seat Switch on The Paving Compactors {1616, 7312}

Usage:

Paving Compactor:
CB-214D (S/N: 1TZ1-UP)
CB-224D (S/N: 8RZ1-UP)
CB-225D (S/N: 9FZ1-UP)
CB-334D (S/N: DCZ1-UP; 4CZ1-UP)
CB-335D (S/N: BBW1-UP; 5PZ1-UP)

The location of the seat switch has been moved to the front of the seat. The new location uses the solid part of the seat base.

Use the following kits for the installation:

  1. Remove the four bolts at the back of the backrest in order to disassemble the existing cushion from the seat frame.

  1. Install the two switches in each hole in the front steel bar and the spring in the middle by using the supplied setscrew.

  1. Connect the harness to the switches and then connect the harness to the main harness.

  1. Install the rubber boots onto each switch.

  1. Install the seat cushion by first placing the front tabs into the plastic shell.
