(1) 32 bolts (16 each side)

Torque for the 32 bolts ... 130 ± 30 N·m (95 ± 22 lb ft)

After reaching the specified torque, turn the bolts an additional ... 120° ± 10°

(2) Torque for the two purge valves ... 11 ± 4 N·m (97 ± 35 lb in)

(3) Torque for the ten nuts and bolts ... 900 ± 100 N·m (660 ± 75 lb ft)

(4) Apply Loctite High Flex GM to the mating surfaces prior to assembly.

(5) Apply Loctite High Flex GM to the mating surfaces prior to assembly.

(6) Apply Loctite High Flex GM to the mating surfaces prior to assembly.

(7) Torque for the six bolts ... 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft)

(8) Apply Loctite 620 to the threads of the six studs (three each side), prior to assembly.

(9) Torque for the two plugs ... 45 ± 6 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft)

(10) Torque for the ten bolts ... 300 ± 40 N·m (220 ± 30 lb ft)
