Programming Parameters
Alat servis elektronik dapat digunakan untuk melihat parameter tertentu yang dapat mempengaruhi pengoperasian engine. Alat servis elektronik dapat juga digunakan untuk mengubah parameter tertentu. Parameter disimpan dalam Modul Kontrol Elektronik (ECM, Electronic Control Module). Beberapa parameter dilindungi dengan kata sandi agar tidak diubah secara ilegal. Parameter yang dapat diubah memiliki nomor tattletale. Nomor tattletale menunjukkan apakah sebuah parameter telah diubah.
