Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

  1. Install pressure tap (128) and adapter (127) to the pump housing.

  1. Install remaining six plugs (126) to the pump housing.

  1. Install two spring pins (125) to the pump housing.

  1. Install bearing (124) to the pump housing.

  1. Install two pins (123), two bearing races (122), two bearings (121), guide block (120), and swashplate (119) to the pump housing.

  1. Install shaft (118) to the pump housing.

  1. Install snap ring (117) to shaft (118) .

  1. Install O-rings (116) to both of the caps.

  1. Install plate (115), spring (114), spring (113), and plate (112) to the other end of the flow control valve.

  1. Install plate (111), spring (110), spring (109), plate (108), and shaft (102) to the flow control valve.

  1. Use a press and apply pressure to the plate. Use Tooling (A) to install spacers (107) and snap ring (106) .

  1. Install O-ring (105) and retainer (104) to the shaft.

  1. Install cap (103) to the shaft. Install nut (101) to the shaft (102) .

  1. Install two spacers (100) to the flow control valve.

  1. Use a press and apply pressure to the plate from flow control valve (97) .

  1. Use Tooling (A) to install snap ring (99) to flow control valve (97) .

  1. Install retainer (96) to flow control valve (97) .

  1. Install cover (95) and four bolts (94) to the pump housing.

  1. Install snap ring (93) to pump housing (15) .

  1. Install spool (92), O-ring (91), and piston (90) to solenoid assembly (79) .

  1. Install spring (83) and solenoid (84) to the solenoid assembly.

  1. Install four bolts (82), O-ring (81), and O-rings (80) to the solenoid assembly.

  1. Install pressure tap (70), four plugs (69), and two plugs (68) to pump control (2) .

  1. Install pin (59), spool (60), pin (61), piston (62), spring (63), piston (64), O-ring (65), nut (66), and adjustment screw (67) to the pump control.

  1. Install spool assembly (58) to the pump control. Install pin (57), pin (56), O-ring (55), and pressure tap (54) to the pump control.

  1. Install snap ring (47), spacer (48), piston assembly (49), O-ring (50), and nut (51) to speed sensing valve (41) .

  1. Install pin (44), O-ring (45), and nut (46) to the speed sensing valve.

  1. Install spring (43) and piston (42) to the speed sensing valve.

  1. Install speed sensing valves (41) and (40) to the pump control.

  1. Install pressure tap (39) to pump control (2). Install plugs (38) and (37) .

  1. Install piston (36), spring (35), piston (34), spring (33), piston (32) and nut (31) to the four sections.

  1. Install backup ring (30) and seal (29) to the relief valve. Install O-rings (28), (27), (26), and (25) .

  1. Connect relief valves (21), (22), (23), and (24) together.

  1. Install relief valves (20) to pump control (2) .

  1. Install port plate (19), O-ring (18), and O-rings (17) to the pump control.

  1. Install pump control (2) and four bolts (16) to pump housing (15) .

  1. Install adjustment screw (14) to pump housing (15) .

  1. Install O-ring (13) to pump control (2). Install plate (12), retaining ring (11), woodruff key (10), and shaft (9) to the charge pump. Install gears (8) and (7) to the charge pump.

  1. Install sleeve (5) to the charge pump. Install O-rings (6) and (4) to the charge pump.

  1. Install charge pump (2) and four bolts (1) to the pump control (3) .

End By: Install the piston pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Hydrostatic) - Install".
