Assembly Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

1. Install pressure tap (128) and adapter (127) to the pump housing.

2. Install remaining six plugs (126) to the pump housing.

3. Install two spring pins (125) to the pump housing.

4. Install bearing (124) to the pump housing.

5. Install two pins (123), two bearing races (122), two bearings (121), guide block (120), and swashplate (119) to the pump housing.

7. Install snap ring (117) to shaft (118) .

9. Install plate (115), spring (114), spring (113), and plate (112) to the other end of the flow control valve.

10. Install plate (111), spring (110), spring (109), plate (108), and shaft (102) to the flow control valve.

11. Use a press and apply pressure to the plate. Use Tooling (A) to install spacers (107) and snap ring (106) .

12. Install O-ring (105) and retainer (104) to the shaft.
