Replacing SR4 Generator Pre-Alarm Light{1404}
Usage:
SR4 Generators with 3N-8900 Control Panels and 2W-1791 or 3N-5569 NFPA-76A Pre-Alarm Module
Introduction
The current 3N-5736 Pre-Alarm Light has been discontinued by the supplier and replaced with a different version. As a result, the wiring for the replacement part will be different than the discontinued part.

The version of the part can be identified by looking at the connection pins located on the back of the part. Illustration One shows the electrical schematic and pin layout for the discontinued part. Illustration Two shows the electrical schematic and the pin layout for the new version.
Installation
* The electrical wiring for the discontinued part shown in illustration One is as follows:
1. Connect control panel wire No. 3 to 3N-5736 terminal No. 2.
2. Connect control panel wire No. 51 to 3N-5736 terminal No. 4.
* The electrical wiring for the new part shown in Illustration Two is as follows:
1. Connect control panel wire No. 3 to 3N-5736 terminal No. 1.
2. Connect control panel wire No. 51 to 3N-5736 terminal No. 4
