1. Attach Tooling (A) to the top of cab (1), as shown.

2. Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A), as shown.

3. Use the hoist in order to install cab (1), as shown. The weight of cab (1) is 1150 kg (2500 lb).

4. Install left rear cab mount (34). Repeat this procedure for the right rear cab mount.

5. Install right front cab mount (31).

6. Install bracket assembly (33), two bolts (32) and the washers.

7. Install left front cab mount (30).

8. Remove the hoist and lifting slings from Tooling (A).

9. Remove Tooling (A) from the top of the cab. Repeat this procedure for each of the remaining three corners.

10. Connect ground strap (28).

11. Install nut (29) and the washer.

12. Connect parking brake cable (25) to bracket (27).

13. Tighten nut (26).

14. Connect parking brake cable (25) to bracket (24).

15. Install pin (23) and cotter pin (22).

16. Install service brake (21). Install two nuts (20) and the washers.

17. Install metering pump (19). Install four bolts (18) and the washers.

18. Connect bracket (17) to cab (1).

19. Install bolt (16), the washer, and the clip.

25. Connect hose assembly (10).

26. Install three bolts (11), the washers, and the clips.

31. Install bolt (2), the washers, and the clip.

32. Connect two heater hoses (3) to the back of cab (1).

End By:

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
