(1) After assembly, the bearings can not extend beyond the surfaces of the rod.

Diameter of the bearing after installation ... 40.185 ± 0.058 mm (1.5821 ± 0.0023 inch)

(2) Torque for the bolt ... 2100 ± 250 N·m (1540.0 ± 185.0 lb ft)

(3) Diameter of the cylinder ... 101.60 ± 0.08 mm (4.000 ± 0.003 inch)

(4) Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lip with the fluid that is being sealed.

(5) After assembly, the bearings can not extend beyond the surfaces of the rod.

Diameter of the bearing before installation ... 40.288 ± 0.020 mm (1.5861 ± 0.0008 inch)

(6) Before assembly, lubricate the threads with clean grease.

Diameter of the lands ... 54.25 ± 0.03 mm (2.136 ± 0.001 inch)

Torque for the head ... 600.0 ± 130.0 N·m (440.00 ± 95.00 lb ft)

(7) Diameter of the rod ... 53.975 mm (2.1250 inch)

(8) Before assembly, apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove.
