(2) Diameter of the cylinder ... 85.00 ± 0.08 mm (3.347 ± 0.003 inch)

(3) Before assembly, lubricate the threads with clean grease.

Diameter of the lands ... 47.96 ± 0.03 mm (1.888 ± 0.001 inch)

Torque for the head ... 600.0 ± 130.0 N·m (440.00 ± 95.00 lb ft)

(4) After assembly, the bearings can not extend beyond the surfaces of the rod.

Diameter of the bearing before installation ... 45.295 ± 0.020 mm (1.7833 ± 0.0008 inch)

(5) Diameter of the rod ... 50.750 ± 0.038 mm (1.9980 ± 0.0015 inch)

(6) Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lip with the fluid that is being sealed.

(7) Before assembly, apply 4C-4032 Bearing Mount Compound to the wiper seal groove.
