(1) Use 1U-8846 Gasket Sealant in order to form a seal at the flange.
(2) Tighten 25 bolts to a torque of 125 ± 25 N·m (90 ± 18 lb ft) in an alternating star pattern. Tighten the bolts again. Final tightening torque for the bolts 270 ± 25 N·m (200 ± 19 lb ft)
(3) Torque at the bolt ... 900 ± 100 N·m (660 ± 74 lb ft)
(4) Torque for bearing locknut ... 200 ± 40 N·m (148 ± 30 lb ft)
(5) Torque for the 4 setscrews ... 7 ± 1 N·m (62 ± 9 lb in)
(6) Tighten 52 bolts to a torque of 430 ± 60 N·m (320 ± 45 lb ft) in an alternating star pattern.
