使用 160-1726 制动器磨损量规 测量行车制动器的制动器磨损量。
- 起动发动机并以低怠速运转，直到行车制动器的蓄能器完全充注。 运转发动机约两分钟。
- 关闭发动机。
- 拆下螺塞 (1) 。
注: 机油可能从孔内流出。 采用适当的容器收集机油。

- 允许操作员踩下并保持住行车制动器踏板。 行车制动器将接合，制动盘将接触。
- 将杆推过制动器磨损量规，直到与制动器活塞接触。
- 使用适当的工具测量杆端部与制动器磨损量规端面的距离。 记录下测量值。

- 允许操作员松开行车制动器踏板。

- 检查 O 形密封圈有无螺塞 (1) 。 更换损坏的 O 形密封圈。
- 安装螺塞 (1) 。
- 使用表 2 确定已经发生的制动器磨损量。
- 对每个行车制动器执行步骤 1 至 12。
- 卸下转向机架锁。 请参阅操作和保养手册, "转向机架锁"。

进行第二次测量时，应将偏差从以前记录的测量值中减掉。 计算结果表明已经发生的制动器磨损量。
注: 构成每个制动器总成的 11 个摩擦盘的最大磨损量总和为 5.588 mm (0.2200 in)。 如果记录的新件测量值和旧件测量值之间的偏差大于 5.588 mm (0.2200 in)，则应更换摩擦盘。
