Introduction
This publication contains the instructions for installing film kits on Skid Steer Loaders. The information in this instruction should be read and understood before you proceed with any installation.
Installation of Film Kits
Required Parts
In order to install films on your machine, you must obtain the film kit that is specific for your machine. See Table 1 in order to determine the film kit for your machine.

Installation Instructions
Illustrations are provided in this publication in order to instruct you in the installation of films on your machine. First, find the film group for your machine. Then locate the illustrations that are referenced for the installation instructions. The illustrations will provide the instructions that are needed in order to install the film.
Surface preparation is important in the installation of films. The surface must be clean and dry in order for the films to adhere to the machine. Be sure that oil, grease, dirt and all of the pieces of old films have been removed before you install the new films.
The installation instructions that follow are recommended by the supplier:
- Obtain one of the following cleaning solvents for cleaning the surface of the machine.
- Isopropyl Alcohol
- VM&P Naptha
- DuPont Prep Sol 39195
- Apply solvent to the contact area of the machine. Use a lint free cloth that is clean and dry to remove the solvent.
- Carefully remove the backing from the film. Avoid touching the adhesive.
- Apply the film to the surface.
Note: The film cannot be repositioned once the film is applied. If the film is installed incorrectly, the film must be removed and the film must be discarded. Start again and use a new film.
- Use a squeegee on the film in order to get the proper bonding. Make overlapping strokes from the center of the film to the edges of the film. Remove any bubbles that remain under the film.
