Air Tank Moisture and Sediment - Drain

The air tank for the service brake and for the retarder is located on the right platform. The drain valve for this tank is located below the steering hydraulic tank.

The parking and secondary brake air tank is located behind the cab. The drain valve for this tank is located behind the washer fluid bottle.
- Open the one drain valve.
- Check for moisture and sediment in the air tank. Drain the moisture and the sediment from the air tank into a suitable container.
- Close the drain valve.
- Repeat steps 1 through 3 for the other tank.
