Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The Electronic Control Module (ECM) detects a short to the + Battery or an open condition exists. The ECM has been powered up for at least two seconds.
System Response:
The CID-FMI is logged in memory. The CID-FMI may be viewed on a display module or on the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET).
Test Step 1. Perform the following test: Throttle Lock Lamp
Results:
- OK - Stop.
- REPAIRED, OK - Stop.
