Description of Change: Two new tube assemblies are used in the fuel lines groups in the 3500 Engines for the above machines.The new routing of the new tube assemblies helps protect the tube assemblies from being stepped on. The new tube assemblies are routed to the inside of the outlet tube for the separate circuit aftercooler pump. The new tube assemblies have more bends which resulted in increased stiffness. The added stiffness and increased protection will help to increase the service life of the new tube assemblies.
Adaptable To: The new 112-5993 Tube Assembly is a direct replacement for the 2W-0593 Tube Assembly. The new 112-5992 Tube Assembly is a direct replacement for the 4P-7389 Tube Assembly. The table shows the engine arrangements and the fuel lines groups which are affected by this improvement.
