Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

  1. Install the steering control. Install the four washers and bolts (5) in the cab.

  1. Connect the four tube assemblies (4), (3), (2) and (1) to the bottom left hand side of the steering control.

  1. Fill the hydraulic system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7204, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.

End By: Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblyRENR1788, "Fuel Tank - Remove and Install".
