Brake Valve Assembly - Install
Installation Procedure
- One person must hold the brake valve outside the cab and another person inside the cab. Install the brake valve through the front of the cab. Install the two washers and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to torque of 25 ± 2 N·m (18.0 ± 1.0 lb ft).

- Install brake rod (8). Install the rod on the side of the cab at the brake valve. Install the adjusting sleeve (6) and tighten nut (7) .
- Install the front panel (4) .

- Connect the three tube assemblies (3), (2) and (1) to the valve assembly.

Note: Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR1788 for the installation of the fuel tank.
End By: Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
