At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin. Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure. |

Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates. |
- Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels. Turn the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Put identification marks on all lines, hoses, wires and tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses and tubes. This helps prevent fluid loss and contamination of the fluid system.

Illustration 1 g00567019 - Remove 12 bolts (1), six half clamps (2), and the washers that secure three hose assemblies (3) to steering check and combiner valve (4). Remove the three O-rings.
- Remove two hoses (5) from valve (4). Remove the two O-rings.
- Remove two bolts (6) and the washers that secure valve (4) to the mounting bracket. Remove the valve.
