1. Remove spring (5) from linkage (4) .

2. Remove nut (1) and washer (2) from plunger group (3) .

3. Remove bolts (6) and the washers.

4. Use a suitable lifting device and a strap to remove plunger group (3). The weight of the plunger group is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

   Note: Remove the plunger group out of the boom kickout mechanism to a distance of one-half of the boom kickout mechanism. Support the plunger group and move the strap to the middle of the plunger group. Remove the plunger group.
