Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the bulldozer tilt cylinder.

1. Install Tooling (A) to singletree (1). Attach lifting straps and a suitable lifting device to the Tooling.

2. Remove the bolt, retainer (3), and pin (2).

3. Remove the bolt, retainer (5) and pin (6) .

4. Remove singletree (1) and spacers (4). The approximate weight of the singletree is 150 kg (330 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. The approximate weight of the singletree is 150 kg (330 lb). Attach Tooling (A) and lifting straps to singletree (1). Use a suitable lifting device to put the singletree in position for installation. Install spacers (4) .

2. Install pin (6), retainer (5), and the bolt.

3. Install pin (2), retainer (3), and the bolt.

End By: Install the bulldozer tilt cylinder.
