Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the implement hydraulic pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vane Pump (Implement) - Remove".

Note: Put alignment marks on the pump prior to disassembly.

1. Remove four bolts (1) and cover (2). Remove O-ring seal (3) and ring (4).

2. Remove cartridge assembly (5) from pump housing (6).

3. Remove O-ring seal (7) and ring (8) from cartridge assembly (5).

4. Remove two bolts (9).

5. Separate plates (10), (11), (13) and (14) from ring (12).

6. Remove the seal assemblies from plate (10) and plate (14). Remove O-ring seal (15) from retainer (16).

7. Repeat Step 6 for the other three seal assemblies.

8. Remove rotor assembly (17) from ring (12).

9. Remove ten vanes (18) from rotor (17).

10. Attach Tooling (B) and a hoist to pump housing (6). Remove four bolts (19). Remove pump housing (6) from body (20).
