Show/hide tablePersonal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.
Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.
Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Show/hide tableNOTICE Cover (14) holds springs under compression. Loosen bolts (13) slowly and evenly in order to release the spring force on cover (14) .
- Remove piston (20), spring (18), spring (17), valve spool assembly (16), and slug (15) from the selector and pressure control valve. Remove spacers (19) from piston (20) .
