Fire Extinguisher Location
Make sure that a fire extinguisher is on the machine. Make sure that you are familiar with the operation of the fire extinguisher. Inspect the fire extinguisher and service the fire extinguisher. Obey the recommendations on the instruction plate.

Mount the fire extinguisher on platform (1) near the crane. This is the recommended location. Do not weld on the ROPS in order to install the fire extinguisher. Also, do not drill holes in the ROPS in order to mount the fire extinguisher on the ROPS.
Strap the mounting plate to a leg of the ROPS in order to mount the fire extinguisher. If the weight of the fire extinguisher is more than 4.5 kg (10 lb), mount the fire extinguisher as low as possible on one leg. Do not mount the fire extinguisher on the upper one-third area of the leg.
There are several points (2) on the machine for inserting a fire extinguisher. If necessary, insert the fire extinguisher into these points and discharge the fire extinguisher.
