Usage:

机器配备有弹簧接合的停车制动器。 释放停车制动器需要油压。 如果发动机不能运转,或者液压系统不能运转,则停车制动器将处于接合状态。 如果空气系统中存在至少 550 千帕 (80 磅/平方英寸)的气压,则可以牵引无法行驶的机器行驶一小段距离。 如果空气系统中的气压不足,则可以通过其他气源为系统充气。


注意

不要超过830 ± 35 kPa (120 ± 5 psi)空气压力,否则会发生空气系统部件的损坏。


将转向系统连接至 1U-5000 辅助电源 。 请参考专门说明书, SEHS8715 和专门说明书, SEHS8880。

松开制动器前,楔住机器以防止移动。 如不楔牢,机器可能自由滚动。

将停车制动器空气控制阀置于 OFF 位置。 空气将会进入停车制动器和辅助制动器阀门,引起控制滑阀移动。 如果用于释放停车制动器和辅助制动器的电力传动泵当前正在运转,则控制滑阀的移动会阻止机油回流至液压油箱。 此电力传动泵将用来供应机油,以释放停车制动器和辅助制动器, 它通过驾驶室中的开关来操纵。 液压油将从电力传动泵,流经停车制动器和辅助制动器阀门,进入制动器。 机油将用来释放弹簧接合的停车制动器。
