Refrigerant Condenser Fans and Motor - Remove and Install

Usage:

IT14G 1WN

Removal Procedure

Note: Put identification marks on all lines and on all wires for installation purposes.

  1. Open the engine hood.
    Show/hide table

  1. Remove four bolts and washers (2) from refrigerant condenser (1) .

  1. Remove guard (3) from the refrigerant condenser.

  1. Loosen screw (4) and remove fan assembly (5) from the refrigerant condenser.

  1. Disconnect connector (6) .

  1. Remove two bolts, two washers, and nuts (7) .

  1. Remove fan motor (9) from bracket (8) .

  1. Repeat step 2 through 7 for the other side of the fan motor.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install fan motor (9) into bracket (8) .

  1. Install two bolts, two washers, and nuts (7) to the bracket.

  1. Connect connector (6) .

  1. Install fan assembly (5) to the refrigerant condenser and tighten screw (4) .

  1. Install guard (3) to the refrigerant condenser.

  1. Install four washers and bolts (2) to refrigerant condenser (1) .

  1. Repeat step 1 through 6 for the other side of the fan motor.

  1. Close the engine hood.
