Installation Procedure (Power Shift Transmission)

- Install Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) on the transmission. Place O-ring seal (9) in position on the transmission cover.

- The weight of the transmission is 375 kg (826 lb). Place the transmission in position in the tractor frame. Use a long bar to counterbalance the transmission as the transmission is installed. Align the splines of the transmission output shaft with the transfer gears, and install the transmission.

- Install four bolts (7) and 22 bolts (6) .

- Remove Tooling (B), and install the round cover. Remove Tooling (A) .
- Connect cables (4) and (5) to the control assembly, and install bolts (3) .

- Install retainer (1) and the yoke.

- Fill the transmission and bevel gear case with oil. Refer to the Operation And Maintenance Guide for the proper type of oil and the capacity.
End By: Install the main drive shaft.
