Roller Placement
The track rollers are fastened to the roller frames. The track rollers are in contact with the inside surfaces of the track links. Flanges on the track rollers prevent movement of the track from side to side. The inside surfaces of the track links equally distribute the weight of the machine over the track.
Machines with the XL undercarriage have seven rollers. Four of the rollers are single flange track rollers and three are double flange rollers.
Machines with the LGP undercarriage have eight rollers, four single flange track rollers and four double flange rollers.
Rollers are installed in the following sequence. Start at the front of the machine.
