Hydraulic Tank - Install
Installation Procedure
- Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to hydraulic tank (20) .

- Use the hoist to install hydraulic tank (20). The empty weight of the hydraulic tank is 91 kg (200 lb).
- Install bolts (22) in the upper mounting bracket.

- Install bolts (21) in the lower mounting bracket.

- Position the wire harness in the original position. Use wire ties to fasten the wire harness to the hydraulic tank.

- Connect electrical connector (19) and the ground wire.
- Install hose assembly (18) .

- Connect hydraulic hose assembly (17) to the hydraulic tank.

- Install elbow assembly (16) and bolts (15) .
- Install hydraulic hose assembly (14) .

- Connect tee fitting (13) to the hydraulic tank.
- Connect two hydraulic hose assemblies (12) to the hydraulic tank.
- Connect three hydraulic hose assemblies (11) to the hydraulic tank.

- Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to the guard rail on fender assembly (10) .

- Use the hoist to install fender assembly (10). The weight of the fender assembly is 86 kg (190 lb). Install four bolts (9), four bolts (8) and two bolts (7) .
- Install two bolts (6) in the top of the hydraulic tank.

- Position the electrical harness. Install the clip and bolt (5).

- Connect two hoses (4) to the windshield washer pumps.

- Connect two electrical connectors (3) to the windshield washer pumps.
- Remove the hoist and the lifting slings from the guard rail.
- Install ladder assembly (2) and four bolts (1) .

- Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7018, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure.
- Close the engine hood.
