Vane Pump (Implement, Pilot and Braking) - Install

Installation Procedure

  1. Install splined coupler (10) .

  1. Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to the vane pump.

  1. Use the hoist in order to install vane pump (9). The weight of the vane pump is 54 kg (120 lb).

  1. Install bolts (8) .

  1. Position hose (5) in the original location.

  1. Install nuts (7) on the support bracket.

  1. Connect hose (5). Install hose clip (6) .

  1. Connect the hose clips. Install bolt (3) .

  1. Install hydraulic hose assembly (4) .

  1. Install two hose assemblies (2) .

  1. Install inlet elbow (1) .

End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install".
