The power guard control is located inside the rear bumper on the right side of the machine. The power guard control controls the raising and lowering of the bottom guards. These guards are located on the front of the machine and on the rear of the machine. The guards provide easy access for cleaning. Use the following steps to raise and lower the bottom guards.

1. Move switch (1) to the DOWN position in order to lower the guard for the rear frame.

2. Move switch (1) to the UP position in order to raise the guard for the rear frame.

3. Move switch (2) to the DOWN position in order to lower the guard for the front frame.

4. Move switch (2) to the UP position in order to raise the guard for the front frame.
