(1) Torque for bolt ... 129 ± 7 N·m (95 ± 5 lb ft)

(2) Thickness of thrust washer ... 1.0 mm (.04 inch)

(3) Thickness of thrust washer ... 1.91 ± 0.18 mm (.075 ± .007 inch)

To achieve minimum clearance gap, use 124-0360 Thrust Washer (2) and 9D-1530 Thrust Washer (3), as required.

(5) Thickness of shim ... 0.13 mm (.005 inch)

(6) Thickness of shim ... 0.25 mm (.010 inch)

(7) Thickness of shim ... 0.51 mm (.020 inch)

To achieve maximum shaft end play of 0.25 mm (.009 inch) in yoke assembly (4), use 7D-8879 Shim (5), 7D-8881 Shim (6), and 7D-8882 Shim (7), as required. This will allow the yoke assembly to rotate without binding.
