There Is a New Shipping Configuration for the 777D

PROBLEM:

Several components of the cab are now installed at the factory. Only the parts that are required to mount the cab to the chassis will require installation. The Special Instruction REHS0955 has not yet been updated in order to reflect the change. The new configuration is effective with the following machines: 776D (S/N: AFS81?Up), 777D (S/N: AGC1192-Up), and 777D HAA (S/N: AGY81?Up).

SOLUTION:

For REHS0955, Disregard Table 9. Disregard the entire "Install the 192-6421 Catwalk" section. Refer to the following information.

New Shipping Configuration

1-Install brace (1) after you install the cab and the left front fender on the truck

2-Use two Bolts (2) and two Washers (3) in order to secure brace (1) to the catwalk and to the fender. Secure brace (1) to the catwalk at 7F-5462 lug.

Note: 7F-5462 Lug is welded to the catwalk
