The existing hose and tube connection can leak on certain 246D/262D Skid Steer Loaders, 277D Multi-Terrain Loaders, and 279D/289D Compact Track Loaders. If the existing hose and tube connection, that supplies hydraulic fluid to the reversing fan, is missing an O-ring seal, it can/will result in a leak of the hydraulic fluid. |

In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 32% of dealership population. This is an initial order recommendation only, and the ultimate responsibility for ordering the total number of parts needed to satisfy the program lies with the dealer.
|
Disconnect the hose assembly from the 435-9028 Tube Assembly and inspect the end of the tube assembly for the presence of the O-ring seal. If the O-ring seal is missing, install a new 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal. Refer to Image1.
Report in the SIMSi claim story if the machine was leaking and if the O-ring seal was missing. |
