Usage:
IT12F (1KF) Integrated Toolcarriers
Two rework kits are available to improve lift cylinder voiding by providing increased flow of hydraulic oil through the lift cylinders. The 131-8611 Rework Kit is for machines equipped with third valve control hydraulics and the 131-8612 Rework Kit is for machines equipped with fourth valve control hydraulics.
The 131-8611 and 131-8612 Rework Kits are adaptable to IT12F (4EL83-Up) machines and are available through normal parts ordering channels.

Modifications are required on two existing machine parts before installation of the 131-8611 Rework Kit.
1. Modification to the 8Y-8953 Plate Assembly.
Remove the two M10 Weldnuts. Enlarge the existing plate assembly holes (X) to provide clearance for M12 Bolts required to mount the new valve end housing. See Illustration 2 for modification details.
2. Modification to the 8Y-7676 Block.
Enlarge the existing lift cylinder tube hole in the rubber for the larger size lift cylinder rod end tubes. See Illustration 3 for modification details.
