Description of Change: A new longer 134-8273 Flat Head Screw is being used to secure the 158-6883 Cover and the 158-6923 Cover. The new 134-8273 Flat Head Screw is more resistant to loosening due to vibration. The 134-8273 Flat Head Screw replaces the 127-2909 Flat Head Screw (not canceled). The 134-8273 Flat Head Screw is effective with 550 (7ZN157-Up), 570 (4XR167-Up), and 580 (7CN191-Up) Wheel Harvesters. The 134-8273 Flat Head Screw is adaptable to first production on all machines listed.
Installation
1. Before installation, refer to the Service Manual Module, RENR3035, Disassembly and Assembly 550 Wheel Harvester, 570 Wheel Harvester, and 580 Wheel Harvester Power Train; Page 5, "Preparation for Disassembly".

2. Remove the 127-2909 Flat Head Screws (1).
3. Install the 134-8273 Flat head Screws. Use 9S-3263 Thread Lock on the screws and use a torque of 60 ± 12 N·m (44 ± 9 ft lb).
