This article gives the correct torque value for tightening the retaining bolts that secure the hydraulic tank oil level sight glass.
Hydraulic Tank
The four retaining bolts (1) that secure the hydraulic tank oil level sight glass must be tightened to a torque of 20-30 N·m (15-22 lb ft).
