Spacers Now Used On 1R-1210 Midwheels {4192,4150}

Challenger 55 (7DM) Agricultural Tractors

Description of Change: Spacers have been added to midwheels on Challenger 35, Challenger 45, and Challenger 55 Agricultural Tractors. The spacers provide additional clearance to the belt guides and improve guide break-in and overall life to the midwheels.

Adaptable To: The new 162-8462 Spacer was added to 1R-1210 Midwheel and is part of 143-8676 Roller Group. The new 162-8462 Spacer is effective with Challenger 35 (8DN1002), Challenger 45 (1DR2069), and Challenger 55 (7DM1752). The spacers are retrofittable only to machines in which 1R-1210 Midwheels have been installed. The new 162-8462 Spacer should not be used with machines equipped with the 1R-1191 Midwheels.
