Description of Change: New screed plates are now available in 406 mm (16 in) widths for current Caterpillar and Barber-Greene Extend-A-Mat 8-16B and 10-20B screeds. The screed plates are made out of an improved material, which provides greater wear life. This is the result of extensive laboratory and field testing of various steels to determine optimum wear life/value relationships.
Adaptable To: Barber-Greene Extend-A-Mat 8-16 and 10-20 screeds and CAT VIP 8 foot and 10 foot screeds. For the part number conversion, see the following chart.
