New Flushing Valve Group Eliminates Possible Shut-Down Of All Wheel Drive System{5050}

Description of Change: A new flushing valve group replaced the former flushing valve group in the drive system for the all wheel drive motor grader.

The new flushing valve group eliminates possible shut-down of the drive system caused by pressure differentials shifting the valve stem in the wrong direction.

Adaptable To: The new 135-8016 Flushing Valve Group replaced the former 102-1492 Flushing Valve Group, effective with 143H (1AL153) and 163H (5AK74) Motor Graders.

The new 135-8016 Flushing Valve Group is adaptable to earlier 143H and 163H Motor Graders.

NOTE: The former 102-1492 Flushing Valve Group can be upgraded to the new 135-8016 Flushing Valve Group as follows:

1. Replace 102-1500 Spring, at each end of the valve stem, with a 117-5181 Spring (1).

2. Add two 9X-2027 Washers under each 083-7733 Plug at the ends of the valve group.
