Description of Change: A setting listed on the information plate in the above machines powered by 3516B Engines has been corrected.

View of the 9L-6531 Engine Information Plate. (1) Net/flywheel power. (2) Horsepower (HP).

Adaptable To: The 9L-6531 Engine Information Plates in the above machine engines list the advertised net power as 2262 hp (1687 kw). The correct advertised net power is 2166 hp (1615 kw). See the illustration.

NOTE: The gross engine power remains at 2300 hp (1715 kw). The actual power of the engine has not changed. Only the information stamped on the plate has been corrected.

The incorrect 9L-6531 Engine Information Plates are effective with 3516B (7TR1-405) Machine Engines. The corrected 9L-6531 Engine Information Plates are effective with 3516B (7TR406-Up) Machine Engines.
