Description of Change: A lip type seal has been added to the oscillation bearings. The seal will reduce the entry of dirt into the joint and increase the service life of the bearings.
Adaptable To: The new 131-2974 Ring and 131-2795 Seal are effective with CS-531C (5ZN162-Up, 9RN238-Up), CP-533C (3XN66-Up, 3YN60-Up), CS-533C (2WN87-Up, 2XN184-Up), CP-563C (5JN251-Up, 5KN121-Up), CS-563C (4KN342-Up, 4LN269-277, 280-285, 288-299, 301-Up), CS-573C (6LN65-Up), and CS-583C (7MN110-Up, 7NN109-Up).
The new seal and ring are directly adaptable to machines CP-533C (3XN1-65, 3YN1-53), CS-533C (2WN1-86, 2XN1-151), CP-563C (5JN1-250, 5KN1-120), CS-563C (4KN1-341, 4LN1-201), CS-573C (1-64), and CS-583C (7MN1-109, 7NN1-108). See Illustrations 1 and 2 for component installation.
The new seal and ring are also adaptable to machines CS-531 (3WM1-Up, 4KM1-Up), CP-533 (3ZL1-Up, 5AL1-Up), CS-533 (3BL1-Up, 4HL1-Up), CP-563 (1YJ1-Up, 5AJ1-Up), CS-563 (8XF1-Up, 7GG1-Up), CS-573 (8PK1-Up), and CS-583 (8YJ1-Up, 1EL1-Up).
