Description of Change: New hitch seal and retaining ring are now used in the rear frame group to reduce hitch face wear and improve service life.

Adaptable To: The new 103-5631 Seal and 110-8067 Retaining Ring combine to replace the former 2U-6231 Seal. The new seal and retaining ring is effective with D25D (1HK471), D30D (3AJ337, 1PK35), D40D (2JJ101), D350D (9RF543) and D400D (8TF850, 4EJ21) Articulated Trucks. The new seal and retaining ring is adaptable to D25C (9YC1-Up), D30C (7ZC1-Up), D35C (2GD1-Up), D35HP (3FD1-Up), D350C (8XC1-Up) Articulated Trucks and all earlier D series machines.

NOTE: Prior to installation of the hitch assembly, pack seal lip to bushing with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease.
