Rear Wheels
Usage:
Remove And Install Rear Wheels
1. Lift the machine off the ground. Install tooling (A) under the frame.
2. Fasten a hoist to the rear wheel and tire.
3. Remove bolts (2) and the washers.
4. Remove rear wheel (1). Weight is 245 kg (540 lb.).
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the rear wheels.
5. Fasten a hoist to the rear wheel. Put it in position on the wheel spindle over the studs.
6. Install the washers and bolts that hold rear wheel (1) to the wheel spindle.
7. Lift the tandem housing and remove tooling (A).
8. Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 1050 ± 35 N·m (780 ± 26 lb.ft.).
