NOTE: This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS8124" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from Parts Stock as soon as possible.
NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the April 7, 1994 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Service Claim Allowances.

Parts Stock
Remove all 1005866 Turbocharger Groups and 1010060 Fuel Injection Nozzle Assemblies from Parts Stock.
Group 1
Replace the existing turbocharger and fuel injection nozzles with a new 1055060 Basic Turbocharger Group and eight new 1153354 Fuel Injection Nozzle Assemblies.
Group 2
Replace the existing fuel injection nozzles with eight new 1153354 Fuel Injection Nozzle Assemblies.
NOTE: If "GD" is stamped on the front cover, the rework has already been performed. Do not perform the rework again.
Service Claim Allowances
Parts Stock
Submit one claim for all 1005866 Turbocharger Groups and 1010060 Fuel Injection Nozzle Assemblies removed from Parts Stock.
NOTE: US and Canadian Dealers Only - When submitting a Parts Stock claim use 99Z00007 in the Product Identification Number Field.
