Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI1415" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1415" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
The bolts retaining the drive shaft yokes to the brake output shafts may not be tightened to the correct torque on certain PF-290, PS-150B, PS-200B, and PS-360B Compactors. The bolts may come loose and fall out resulting in the loss of drive and braking to the differential.

Dealers will need to order parts for this Program.

Action Required
Park the machine and block the tires.
Remove the drive shaft from one side of the machine.
Remove the bolts and washers retaining the yokes to the brake output shaft and the differential input shaft.
Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock or equivalent to the bolts.
Reinstall the bolts with new 4Y3046 Washers.
Torque the bolts to 75 ft. lbs.
Repeat for the other side.
